ESS Intelligent Management/Control Convergence Major (S/W)
This major consists of EMS convergence track and ESS convergence track, Education and R&D on big data and A.I-based software management/control methodologies are conducted for optimized energy storage and operation of high efficiency and high safety, including energy management system and energy storage system.
Major in Convergence of New Materials and Components in Secondary Battery
This major is composed of battery new material fusion track and researches material characteristics of electrode, electrolyte, cathode material, and anode material, which are the four core materials of secondary battery, and also teaches experimental method, material, and system characteristics to develop new materials for secondary battery. Furthermore, this study examines the packaging system of secondary battery cells, modules, packs, etc. and an optimization method tailored to the characteristics of each field of secondary battery application.
Intelligent Energy Semiconductor Convergence Major
This major consists of intelligent energy semiconductor convergence tracks, and conducts hardware analysis and R&D related to energy semiconductor materials (materials, operating principles) and design (power conversion and control), and aims to maximize electric energy efficiency for green energy.
